Clevair accurately adjusts temperature setpoints every minute to increase the Heat Exchanger efficiency in your HVAC-system.

Your HVAC-system has two airflows. One removes air from the building, while the other supplies fresh air into the building. These are connected by a Heat Exchanger, which transfers heat from the outgoing airflow into the incoming airflow, and thus turns the outgoing airflow into a cost-efficient heating source for the incoming fresh air.

ClevAir maximizes the Heat Exchanger’s potential to recycle heat and creates a perfect indoor climate without relying on expensive heating functions.

Our client, CBRE Mortensrud, used ClevAir to optimize the HVAC-system and improve the Heat Exchanger efficiency in its three-story mall. The Y-axis displays the amount of energy needed for the supplied fresh air to reach the determined setpoint-temperature. The “After” data shows optimization reduced the amount of energy needed to reach the setpoint. This was only possible by increasing the use of the Heat Exchanger.
